The M1A1 Abrams Tank or Heavy Tank is a land vehicle used by the Human Faction. It has the power to eliminate groups of land troops like Special Ops and Marines. If enough tanks are deployed it can be enough to eliminate enemy defenses and troops. The Heavy Tank can also target and eliminate enemy units in land and air, though air targeting is removed in later titles.

The Heavy Tank is the only human land vehicle in the first game. It costs $200,000 of in-game cash to research for use. It uses high-explosive shells as its projectile/weapon. It costs $10,000 of in-game cash to build and takes 6 seconds to deploy.
Shadez II: Battle For Earth[]
The Heavy Tank debuts in the first sequel. It still uses High-Explosive shells as it's projectile, boasts in high armor, and is able to survive a direct hit from a turret 'Death Ray', a quality which makes it an excellent juggernaut unit later in missions when spearheading assaults.
Shadez III: Moon Miners[]
The Heavy Tank again debuts in the second sequel but has few variations. A variant is the 'Big Tank', which has extremely high durability which beats the Heavy Tank.
